TCU TurboLamik

Hi been doing adaptation on my mitsubishi l200 with a zf8hp70 everything is perfect but when under harsh acceleration goes straight to 3rd gear and stays there until you slow down.....has anyone got a clue why this is iv checked the oil level of the transmission and all seems to be fine any help is ...

Tundra out to be a bad pin connector not making contact withe the TCM

Checked pin 10 from transmission itself and i have continuity from pin 10 transmission to ground body casing of the transmission does any one have a zf8hp70 transmission to check pin 10 to see if it has continuity to the transmission case this would really narrow down my fault thanks anybody

I haven't wired can1/2 into the tcm yet also no rpm signal from the engine ecu mybe this is related 🤔
Iv just done a test on the wirering loom no problems continuity between pin71band pn 10 transmission plug
But did do a test on pin 10 on the transmission itself and the body of the gearbox and ...

this is great I'm doing the same project and can't wait to get going did the 8hp70 make a big difference to how the e46 drives ? also what flex plate and starter did you need to use
