First timer and maybe having problems

Hi everyone.
I just finished up soldering in a board and have connected the lamik and a harness to check my work. valve body makes noises when turned on but no program switch. I turn it but the lcd doesnt change. Only error in 33.
Have I missed something simple in tunerpro or did I stuff something up in mechatronics?
I have connected 2 power and 2 earth on lamik tcu loom.
I have uploaded an e90 8hp70 petrol base map from here.
I have DCT shifter not connected yet (not sure which wires to connect to yet)

Check error list table, comes with tcu, then you understand what wrong

If I remember correctly program mode change does not work when DTC 033 (vehicle CAN error) is active. I was also wondering when I tested my setup on the bench. Nothing to worry about.
