This was posted just before you guys by ECUmaster Sweeden. It may be relevant.

HOW TO MAKE CAR GO SOFTLY INTO GEAR & ROLL OUT WHEN START: CLUTCH SLEEP STRATEGY

Make sure you have Firmware 10.71 or newer.
Go to Transmission Cal. -> Gear Start -> Slip Clutch When Start
Enable Clutch Sleep [x]
Adjust the values in parameter Clutch Press Drive & Clutch Press Footbrake off, the value of Clutch press Footbrake off adds to Drive pressure value when footbrake switch is off. Adjust this to your liking..
Make sure Disable Engine RPM is lower than your Idle, and Disable Gearbox Oil Temp is higher than your operation temperature, otherwise strategy will not be applied.

Also forgot to add, enabling "Close Clutch In Neatral" will make drive and reverse feel like it engages faster.

it should also be added that activating this option may cause faster wear of clutch B in the gearbox

How works then oem feature NIC (neutral idle control) in theese gearboxes? For example in G-series if car stays standstill in drive mode few seconds then some clutch releases and engine load lowers like it is in parking/neutral mode.
