Intermittent Error 33

Hi All,
I am currently having a problem with Error 33. I am using a Link G4+ on a Nissan skyline along with the turbolamik.
I have set up the Link ECU to transmit TPS, RPM and MAP. When I first switch everything on I get error 33. If I slow the CAN transmit frequency down to 1Hz in the Link ECU then the Lamik picks up the signal. I can then increase the transmit frequency back to 100Hz and then the car drives absolutely fine, until the next time I turn the ignition off and the Lamik powers down, it then looses the CAN signal and error 33 comes back.
Any ideas what is causing this? It is not ideal to have to slow the transmit frequency right down and back up again everytime I turn the car off.
