Hi there
I have the problem like with full gas with kickdown from 3 gear to 2 , when already at the 2nd gear and rmp about 3000-3500 but car not go so fast like it shut be, like gearbox is sleeping too much. When upshift to 3rd,everything good. And this problem only from 3 to 2 kickdown, kickdown from others gear make well
Lockup map for 2nd gear the same like for 3rd and 4th, it locking at 1500 rpm

So I'll try my best here but there is alot of missing information to know on your TCU calibration.

First:
Table 'Minimum gear reduce Kickdown OFF'
This table is the lowest gear the kick down can use. It will not go lower than this gear.

Second:
What is your "Kickdown Input" table set to?
If it's set to 13 it will use CAN tq values from car/TCU but... you can change it to TPS for faster kickdown. This will need to be tuned though. The table 'Kickdown Cal' is what TPS % is used for this, it's disabled by default.

Third:
Table 'Program Selector Kickdown'
This table controls how fast it kickdown.
Uses TIME shift UP: 0-Normal, 1-Sport1, 2-Sport2, 3-Neutral
TIME shift Down: 0-Normal, 1-Sport1, 2-Sport2

Flag: 'Enable Kickdown RPM limit switch'
If your 'Kickdown Input' is set to CAN it uses the TQ reduction. When the option is active the TCU only uses "Max. RPM Limit" for upshift gears and "Max. RPM after reduction TQ> 0" for downshifts.
