Lockup problems?

Hi everyone,
Little problems here,
We're on vacation on or way to norway, and in Sweden right know with my nissan patrol with off grid trailer.
I noticed in Denmark that the car was shocking a little bit wit less power. Were in Sweden right know and its shocking harder. I noticed when I give some more throttle (lockup on?) Its gone.
Is there any way to find out some other configurations lockup always on or something like that that me and my family can keep driving? Other suggestions are welcome.
I'm assuming that my torque converter has died. Oil level is okay.
