So from my understanding. You can use engine coolant temp and awd as pwm out, but not transmission temp? I want to use pwm to control the fan for my transmission cooler. But from what I see in tunerpro pwm only allows for awd and engine coolant temp as input, while the transmission ...

Problem got sorted with the help of Lukasz. 
Wrong settings in can2 meny. All can2 "send id's" and wheel speed to can has to be off. So no mark. And send data oem has to be enabled.

OBD wire 9 (SW) goes to DDE pin 53, OBD therefore goes straight to DDE.
OBD wire 7 (WS/BL) goes to BGM (Body gateway module) pin 18.
OBD wire 1 (GN/RT) goes to CAS 13...

OBD port is original, DDE connnection to car is original. TCU connection to car is original. Only difference is PT can ...

Everything in that regard is stock.
PT-can gets sent out by kbl going to the different modules.
Obd goes straight into DDE and CAD as original.
K-can goes between cas, kombi, cluster and so on.
The car should be "original" from a diagnostic via the obd port kind of view.

I am trying to diagnose via the obd connector. Where are you supposed to put this 120 ohm resistor? I get it if you just leave the old 6hp plug disconnected, but here there's no open ends in my PT-network.

Anyone experienced issues with turbo lamik making the PT canbus (BMW E61) unreadable for diagnostics?
Car runs as it should, just not able to access PT-can units (DDE/ABS) for diagnostics.
