And how do you select park (P position) with just the paddles ,and no selector wired in?

Hi can anyone share some knowledge, i've got a 335d e92 2007 on which i've installed an 8hp70 and once in a while i get a transmission fault error on dash , throttle stops responding and radiator fan stays on , i get this error on obd:
Message(torque transmission, 0xB5)incorrect, receiver DDE ...

I´m sorry for the dumb question but, how do you perform/force adaptations with the 10.71 version map?
i cant seem to make adaptations like with the old version of the map for th 8hp70 diesel.

I´ve connected the paddles , the signal from the paddles wired into tcu pin 37 and ground to tcu pin 19, í´ve done the configuration on the softaware as it says in the manual(set MUX input to a12 , and set up and down to mux 1 and mux 2) , but when i try to use the paddles only one paddle works ,its ...

So , Jar , i would like to know if that configuration will work with other mux /variable resistance paddles like the f80 ones ? (Conecting the signal from both paddles to pin 10 on tcu , and the ground for both paddles to pin 19 gnd sensor on tcu ,and then just make configuration on the software ...

hi , i have first gen paddles ,the ones you can push and pull, wired directly from paddles to pin 36 and 37 on tcu and oem wires (blue/yellow for upshift and blue/grey for downshift).

I have the same car ,and i'm trying to do the same thing , can you please help on wiring the paddle shifters?
The car originally didn't have the paddles , so i retrofitted them and wired them to the (blue/yellow and blue/grey wires on white connector in the picture ) but since you seem to use those ...

One more question , on my tcu the P10 is empty ,so i should make a connection from pin10 to paddle up, right?
And since the pin18 is already a ground supply from the program seletor, can i use p19 instead ?

I ordered from the turbolamik representant in Portugal, it is an universal harness, and it as :
-conector to the shifter ;
-conector to the 8hp ;
-conector to lcd mode screen (wich powers up but doesnt show anything) ;
-conector to mode switch;
-an then i have some cables , one labeled "neutral ...
