Error (transmission fault)

Hi can anyone share some knowledge, i've got a 335d e92 2007 on which i've installed an 8hp70 and once in a while i get a transmission fault error on dash , throttle stops responding and radiator fan stays on , i get this error on obd:
Message(torque transmission, 0xB5)incorrect, receiver DDE, transmitter EGS/HIM/SMG/DCT.
Need help quick please, could be something wired wrong?
