Enable Custom CAN messages at all times

I am configuring my own CAN display, it reads information from Custom CAN CSB V3 ID+2. I intend for this to be able to fully replace LCD but at the moment, CSB does not transmit until engine is running, so when i have ECU problem, LCD shows error33 (no CAN onCAN2) which is very helpful, but my CAN display receives no messages.

Is it possible for CSB to operate at all times?
