Rotary Switch Voltage levels

Are the voltage levels for each switch position available to be shared?

I'm looking to see if I could replicate its function using a rotary switch on the steering wheel that is connected via wireless to a box that can output 0 -5V analog signal.

There is a rotary switch calibration table in the TCU, even if your switch on the steering wheel gives different voltages, you can calibrate it in the TCU.
