TCU 10.74 - Transmission error SendFile

Hi,
Has anyone come across this error when updating the firmware on the Turbolamik?

Originally prior to updating everything was working fine on 10.73. I Followed the firmware update procedure with version 10.74 and I get this
Error message [Transmission error SendFile]
Failed to open device(error FT_DEVICE_NOT_OPENED)

Now TCU not responding and the Green LCD blank.
Is there a way to recover the firmware to save the TCU?

try emergency flash:
1.unplug tcu 90 pin
2.connect usb between tcu and pc
3. run flasher app and press "process"
4. turn ignition on
5.connect TCU 90 pin on turned ignition

Resolved:
All working

Laptop windows XP

emergency flash:
1. Unplug tcu 90 pin
2. Connect usb between tcu and pc
3. run flasher app and press "process" (It will hang on this process until the next step is down)
4. turn Ignition on
5. Connect TCU 90 pin on turned ignition

After this the Update should start to upload.
after close application and cycle the ignition and the TCU should come back to life.

Where did you get TCU 10.74 firmware? The download section is gone.
