Hi,
New to CANBUS so want to make sure I have this right before purchasing $$ devices.
I have a Holley Terminator X with CAN I/O box.
Can anyone tell me if it is possible to setup the TurboLamik with a Terminator X and still use the CAN I/O Box?
I can see here https://manual.turbolamik.eu/StandaloneECU.html that it states Holley EFI is supported.
Is it as simple as.
TunerPro Software: Set Can2A Type CAR = 11
Connect Can Hi and Low cables to Holley Terminator x
Ensure 60ohms between Can Hi/Low (termination resistor may be required)
I am looking at running an 8hp70 behind a LS2 with a supercharger.
I would like all of it to work over CAN.
Hopefully you can answer my question so I can buy the TCU in confidence.
Cheers.

Re: Holley Can Config
If you are only receiving from the Holley then yes. Since you only rx the information you need from Holly's existing bus. If you tx then you are pushing data out which requires a specific ID number to send the data on ( used for displaying information from the TCU ).
So CAN1 is used for the selector and CAN2 would be connected to the Holley Ecu. Set CAN2 speed to '4'. Under Custom Can TX just disable Send ID +0 - 2. You only need to RX

Re: Holley Can Config
Hi M4comp,
Thanks for the quick reply.
If I wanted to also send to the Holley Can I am guessing I have to emulate an I/O box like Haltech does?
Do you happen to know what this would entail on the TunerPro side?
Ideally would like to get Gear, Oil Temp and Shift Cut across to the Holley if possible.
Thanks for the quick reply.

Re: Holley Can Config
To be honest I don't install Holley Ecu's due to this and other issues. I do know the IO box CAN id is printed on each IO box label. If Lukas has worked it out you should be good but I can't speak for certain on the TX side of Holley.
I've attached Holley's CAN protocol info if it will help you out.

Thanks mate,
That should help a lot.
Do you know how I can get in contact with Lukas or the Turbolamik tech team?
I have sent an email to info@turbolamik.eu hopefully they can reply from there.
Cheers
