Gear Indicator

I've just connected the gear indicator:

GND to pin 19 of tcu
+ve to pin 22 of tcu

I've connected to pins 8 and 9 of tcu in parallel with the lcd.

It appears I am not getting any power from the tcu to the gear indicator.

When is pin 22 live?

Check pin 70. older TCUs with serial numbers starting with A B and C may not have power on pin 22.
