Can we use a different LCD?

Hi, I am soon going to be 8HP45 swapping my E46 and do not like the look of the green LCD. Would it be possible to use something like this? Thank you.

We plan to produce OLED displays working on the CAN bus. Unfortunately, at the moment we are struggling with problems with access to electronic parts and currently our priority is to maintain the availability of TCU devices. At the moment it is difficult to say when such a display will be available.\

I know, however, that someone in England produced DIY oled CAN displays based on arduino. I can suggest adding support to that device.
