The pressure accumulator inside the box is used for the START-STOP function.

The TCU has it hooked up and can control it but has no practical use for it. Well, for example why would there be a Start-Stop in a drift car?

Rather, no one who needs a TCU needs Start-Stop and this pressure accumulator has no other use

You right, no one need start/stop, but some one need neutral when engine stopped for moving car by hands for example :)

This is not complicated.
The gearbox has a manual park release / "neutral lever" on the left hand side, near the cooler ports.
Attach a cable, route cable to somewhere convenient, pull for neutral,

you can always just remove the locking paw and use your handbrake like a manual
