Link Canbus Settings

Post by zeroto60 »

Hi

We are trying to get communication between Link G4 and TCU for a customer.

Can anyone share the settings in the TCU that got everything working properly? Currently have issues with RPM scaling.

Thanks

Thank you very much for the reply. I have had a chance to speak with the owner. All working now. Main thing we had wrong was using can2 option 7 (new TCU can) and also had to change the offset for TPS. Thank you very much for the help.

It’s from Link ECU software not turbolamik, that’s why you can’t find it

How do you access the TPS offset and MBS first settings in Tuner pro?

I know you mentioned in a comment below that these are link settings but they look like Tuner Pro screenshots to me?

Thanks,

Liam

Can some one help me to dial Torque shifting cut in Link ecu.
Everything already works on TCU side, also got Gear status via can in ECU. But every parameter @Bspab sent and listed in Turbolamik manual seems not transmitting shift cut.

In tunerpro Go to ”Can-can2-custom can rx” and there it is

Hello, have u set it up the right way in tunerPro? It only sends cut signal when everything lines up correctly, in torque reduction settings if not adjusted think it says 98% but if u can’t achieve 98% at preset map you will not get the signal transmitted on can to link, also need to setup in link when and how much the reduction will cut or retard the timing, also the same on blip if u use dbw
Not completely sure this is exactly how u supposed to do it but I have accomplished it through can on both link and Maxxecu
