windows 11

I seem to have a connection issue using windows 11 I can see live data but i cant read or wright to the TCU
I did borrow a old windows 7 lap top and that works fine ??

ill refer to the icons circled
when I select green ,then orange to get live data yellow is showing connected and i get full data from the TCU showing
but when i select red its showing as hard wear not found in blue
the icons left of green stay grey so no way of reading the TCU
anybody able to help

sorry to say still the same tried uninstalling tuner software but still only getting live data ?

just to add a bit more just used the borrowed laptop with windows 7 and although it connects to the TCU it will not read the live data
can admin please get in touch

thanks for the reply i know how to instal the software its an issue with the driver patch that lets the program work on newer windows based computers windows 10 works fine ive never had a issue only with the latest windows 11 ?
