additional flags for display CAN?

Is it possible to add a flag to diaplay output CAN (0x642) for "M" mode and another flag for when adaptions happen , like on LCD screen?

Byte5.0- Automatic Mode, if automatic mode is on sends 1
Byte5.1- Activation of adaptation

Byte 5.1 for adaptation flag is active when TCU powers up and doesn’t turn off until a few seconds after first gear is engaged. Is it possible to change this to be off until adaptation occurs? Thanks.
