Code 009, Limp mode on gearbox TCU after reaching 50^C

Hi all, I'm struggling with a problem with my Gearbox 8HP70X and TCU. My rig, Nissan Patrol GU4 swapped with M57N and 8HP70X has a problem with a limp mode after appearing Code 009 on the LCD of TCU. It happens always after reaching 50^C of oil temp. When the oil is cooler, there is no issue. I have measured the resistance of the soleniod valves and all of them were fine, except this one on OUT9. When the oil temp was above 50^C the resistance has changed from 25Ohms ( normal-OK) to 435kOhms on Soleniod coil continuity. I have exchanged complete set of soleniods in the gearbox ( original from ZF) and everything was fine. After 2 months ( c.a. 3000km) the Code 009 appeared again. I know that the source of the problem is still there, and the exchange of the solenoids was not a solution. The resistance of the soleniod on OUT9 is the same as it was before, when hot, the resistance changes. I've made the measurements on the plug of the gearbox. Did somebody struggled with such a thing?
