Gear selector--DCT(brand) Shifter only

So I have my gear selector seemingly working(I can see it on the live data stream) showing up and down. My next phase is now figuring out to make it put the car into drive/reverse/park etc. I am only using the DCT Shifter and hoping that's all I have to use since it's a clean install.

Any pointers on how to set this up? I heard you can do a quick double tap and that'll change the gear(from park to reverse?).

For a sequential style selector where the movement is only front to back, use the paddles inputs in the TCU. you don't need to change anything. The TCU will automatically work in such a way that reverse is double-pressed gear down when the car is stationary with the brake pressed.
