Battery +12V to TCU

Battery +12V to TCU.

Must this be permenant connection to battery to is it ok to be via a relay controlled by ECU wake-up? This relay powers up on ignition and powers down after around 10 seconds after ignition is off.

Tcu has a built-in solid state relay. Self-management of the power supply, the Battery should be connected directly to the battery.
Disconnecting the battery power supply during operation may damage the device due to high self-induction of the solenoid valves.
